EXCEPTIONAL TASTE & QUALITY

We stock a wide range of different quality cuts and joints of meat, including non-conventional cuts. Our beef is home reared on our 600-acre farm and butchered onsite to meet our high standards of animal welfare and food hygiene. Hung for a minimum of 21 days to produce tenderness and flavour.

Our lamb and pork is sourced as locally as possible and is selected for its tenderness and flavour. butchered onsite, resulting in a lovely soft consistency and great taste. We have a long-standing relationship with our poultry farmer in Suffolk who breeds the finest standard of chickens in the East of England. During the game season, we stock a selection of excellent quality, seasonal game, sourced from our local suppliers.
